What its like to love me…

While I will never have the answer to the question, what is it like to love me? I know rest in the peace of allowing others to decide that answer. Knowing that some may leave, but the ones who stay show me my true purpose.

What I know so far: Words for my younger and future self.

No matter who you are or what happened to you you are worthy of healing. Never healing allows the pain to win. You are strong enough! Friends and moments come and go. Your worth is not determined by the number of people who consistently show up. Everyone is fighting their own battle. Sometimes you areContinue reading “What I know so far: Words for my younger and future self.”

I want your opinion

I thought this would be the best way to ask…. I began EMDR in February. The journey has been life changing thus far. I would love to share the journey with you all, but truthfully not sure how many people would be interested. EMDR is eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy. You are incapable of loving anyone and incapable of allowing someone to love you.” Those words have stuckContinue reading “Path to loving you”

Finding peace outside of the fire

My previous post discussed words. The words we hear, the words we speak and the words weContinue reading “Rising Up in Grace”
